Captain Molucco Wrathe, the eldest child of three brothers (Barbarro and Porfiro Wrathe ) who form a charismatic and powerful, but unruly, pirate dynasty, is the captain of The Diablo.

He is drained of blood and killed after an attack by Johnny Desperado and two of Lady Lola Lockwood's crew members in his cabin.
Physical Appearance[]
Molucco's hair is always a mess, since it is a nest for his pet snake, Scrimshaw. he enjoys wearing flamboyant and fancy clothes, and likes blue saphires. He has been seen wearing a blue velvet coat.
Personality[]
He has no respect for the system of sea-lanes mandated by the Pirate Federation. According to Grace, he is smug and self-satisfied.
Relationships[]
Cheng Li[]
He never liked her and the two were often at odds.
Cutlass Cate[]
He preferred her as his second-in-command, and after Cheng Li, felt better that he had someone he could trust in that position. She disliked that he did not confide in her important information, thinking he blamed her for the events aboard The Albatross.
